Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Cream sugar and margarine.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one.
Stir in bananas.
Beat well.
Add flour and soda mixture.
Add walnuts and vanilla.
Stir until blended.
Pour into a greased loaf or tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 or 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Do not use an electric mixer.
