Baked Fish Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. white fish fillets (red snapper, sea bas or turbot)
    salt and pepper
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    2 bunches spinach, stemmed and well-rinsed (about 1 1/2 lb.)
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Arrange fish fillets in a single layer in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
