Peanut Butter Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Softasilk cake flour, sifted
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/4 c. peanut butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift flour, salt and baking powder together 3 times.
    In a separate bowl, cream shortening and add peanut butter.
    Add sugar slowly, beating thoroughly.
    Add eggs and beat again.
    Add flour mixture and milk alternately.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan in oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Check for doneness.
