Cheese Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, well beaten
2 lb. small curd cottage cheese
1/2 pt. cream
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. Holland Rusk, rolled in fine crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter or oleo
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix together the first 3 ingredients.
Mix the sugar and flour; mix together.
Add vanilla.
Mix the crumbs, melted butter or oleo, 1 cup sugar and cinnamon; mix well.
Save 1 cup for topping.
Use rest to make crust with fingers in glass 8 x 12-inch pan.
Form crust evenly.
Spoon in egg mixture carefully. Sprinkle reserved topping on top.
Bake for about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
