Pecan Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    18 Ritz crackers
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    Cool Whip
    frozen coconut
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add sugar, a small amount at a time, as you continue to beat whites.
    Crush the crackers and mix in with the egg whites.
    Add the pecans and flavoring.
    Pour into a buttered pie pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cool.
    Put in Cool Whip and sprinkle coconut on top.
    Keep in refrigerator.
