Spanish Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. green beans
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 medium onions, chopped
    chopped parsley to taste
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1/4 lb. ham, chopped
    1/4 lb. bacon, chopped
    3 oz. white wine
    dash of nutmeg
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook beans in boiling salt water until tender; drain.
    Heat olive oil in large skillet.
    Add onions, parsley, garlic, ham and bacon; cook until ham and bacon are done.
    Add wine, nutmeg and salt.
    Add beans and small amount of water, if necessary.
    Cover; simmer until heated through.
    Coarse black pepper sprinkled on top can be added.
    Makes 6 servings.
