Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    20 oz. fresh strawberries or unsweetened frozen (undrained), thawed
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat oil and eggs until fluffy.
    Add berries and mix well. Combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon and sugar and add to egg mixture, stirring until blended.
    Stir in chopped pecans.
    Pour batter into 2 greased and lightly floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans. Bake at 325\u00b0
    for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
