Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix, baked as directed on box
    1 large box instant vanilla pudding mix, mixed as directed
    1 large can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 medium carton Cool Whip
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Break up baked cake. Lay in punch bowl. Use 1/2 of crushed pineapple over crumbs, press down into cake.
    Alternate layers of cherry pie filling, pudding, crushed pineapple, Cool Whip and coconut and nuts on top.
    Chill.
