Baked Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced, cooked chicken or turkey
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. cream of chicken soup
2 c. chopped celery
4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 pimentos, cut
1 c. crushed potato chips
2/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. sliced almonds
Preparation

Combine first 9 items.
Put in large baking dish (13 x 9-inch).
Mix last 3 items together and sprinkle on top.
Chill at least overnight.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Serves 8.
