All-Night Drop Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large egg white
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In medium size bowl, with electric mixer at high speed, beat egg white and salt until soft peaks form. Beat in sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, until stiff and glossy. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
    Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls onto foil covered cookie sheets.
    Place in oven, close door, turn oven off; do not open door.
    Leave cookies in oven at least overnight.
    Remove from foil; stor in airtight containers.
    Makes about 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
