Potatoes Au Gratin With Sausage - cooking recipe

7 medium potatoes, peeled
1 pkg. Hillshire Farm sausage
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Slice potatoes and sausage into 1/4-inch round pieces.
Place potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Cover with thinly sliced pieces of margarine.
Place sliced sausage on top of layered potatoes.
Add sliced cheese to cover sausage. Repeat, ending with cheese as top layer.
Pour milk evenly over mixture. Cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
