The Cleveland Special Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken, washed and cut into pieces
    garlic powder
    lemon pepper
    salt
    flour
    paprika
Preparation
    Marinate chicken pieces with garlic powder, lemon pepper and salt.
    Season the flour with paprika and dip chicken into this mixture.
    Fry in deep, hot fat until golden brown and crispy.
