Saucy Skillet Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 (16 oz.) cans whole tomatoes, drained and chopped (reserve liquid)
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. loose tea
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. elbow macaroni
    shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown ground beef with onion.
    Stir in tomatoes, reserved liquid, water, loose tea, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil; stir in uncooked macaroni.
    Simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
    Top with cheese.
    Makes about 6 servings.
