Swiss Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. caraway seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
Swiss cheese slices
chopped parsley
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients with 1/4 cup tomato sauce and form into loaf.
Bake in shallow baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Spoon remaining tomato sauce over top, cover with cheese slices and garnish with parsley, continue baking 15 minutes.
