Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    two unbaked double pie crusts
    16 saltine crackers rolled into coarse crumbs
    2 c. sugar (scant)
    2 c. water
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. cider vinegar (scant)
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. butter/margarine
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and cook over medium heat until thickened.\tPour into pie crusts; top with crust.
    Cut slits in top crusts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35-45 minutes or until crust is done.
    Makes 2 pies.
