Rice Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can beef broth
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 can Cheddar soup
    3 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
Preparation
    Saute onion and rice in oil until rice is soft.
    Add all ingredients.
    Mix in casserole.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Can be made ahead, frozen, thawed, then baked.
