Panhandle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    3 cans (4 oz. each) green chilies
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/4 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    9 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    paprika
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Drain.
    Layer sausage, cheeses and chilies in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Mix eggs, milk and flour until well blended.
    Pour over layered mixture.
    Decorate top with chili strips in lattice design.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
