Fcc Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 gal. vinegar
    3 serving spoons salt
    1 1/2 serving spoons pepper (black)
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/2 small bottle Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 small bottle catsup
    3 lemons
    2 Tbsp. ground mustard
    3 serving spoons brown sugar
    1 lb. butter
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and simmer only for about 2 hours. Do not boil.
    Add more catsup and salt if vinegar is too strong.
