Scrumptious Crab-Wich - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 English muffin half
1 tsp. mayonnaise
1 slice tomato, peeled
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. crabmeat
1/4 c. Colby cheese, grated

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Toast English muffins lightly and spread with mayonnaise.
Place tomato on muffin and salt, then mound crabmeat, salt and pepper.
Top with Colby cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serves 1.
