O.F. Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    half baked pie shell (9-inch)
    1 c. dark brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. warm cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 Tbsp. softened butter
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Line pie pan with rolled out dough. Prick dough all over with fork and cover with a piece of foil and dry beans or pie weights.
    Bake 5 minutes; remove foil and bake 3 to 4 minutes more or until it begins to brown.
    Remove from oven and reduce heat to 375\u00b0.
    Thoroughly mix sugar, flour and salt. Pour into half-baked pie shell and spread evenly across bottom.
