Hamburger Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Birds Eye farm fresh broccoli, baby carrots and water chestnuts
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in skillet.
    Add vegetables.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water.
    Mix cornstarch with soy sauce. Add bouillon and cornstarch mixture to meat.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
    Serve with chow mein noodles or cooked rice, if desired.
    Makes 4 servings.
