Beef And Pepper With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round or sirloin steak (partially frozen)
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 large onion, sliced in rings
    1 medium green pepper, cut in thin strips
    salt and pepper to taste
    soy sauce to taste
    hot rice
Preparation
    Slice partially frozen beef into thin strips.
    In large skillet, heat margarine to high and quickly stir-fry beef strips, onion rings and green pepper strips until beef has lost red color. Add salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste.
    Serve over hot rice. Serves 3 or 4.
