1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. softened butter
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
2 eggs
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, divided
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
Preparation

In a large bowl cream sugar and butter until fluffy.
Add sour cream and eggs.
Beat until well blended.
Remove 1 tablespoon orange juice.
Add remaining juice and dry ingredients to creamed mixture; mix well.
Stir in orange peel.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 9 to 10 minutes or until edges just begin to brown; cool. Ice with an orange frosting.
