Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped
3 c. flour (plain)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 medium apples, peeled and chopped
Preparation

Combine oil, sugar and eggs.
Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.
Add vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients.
Add to mixture. Fold in pecans and apples.
Bake in tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until done.
