Peach Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 fresh peaches
    2 c. low-fat milk
    1 envelope plain gelatin
    1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Chop enough peaches to measure 1 cup.
    Puree remaining peaches to measure 2 1/2 cups puree.
    Combine milk and gelatin in medium saucepan.
    Heat, stirring until gelatin dissolves.
    Remove from heat.
    Add chopped peaches, puree, yogurt, sugar and vanilla extract to gelatin mixture, mixing well.
    Pour mixture into ice cream canister.
    Prepare an ice cream maker according to manufacturers directions.
    Makes 7 cups, 85 calories per 1/2 cup serving.
