Cheese Buds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 c. butter, softened
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 egg white, slightly beaten
pecan halves
Preparation

Combine cheese and butter. Mix well. Add flour and peppers. Roll 1/4-inch thick on lightly floured board, then cut into rounds. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Brush with egg white and top with pecan half. Bake at 425\u00b0 until light brown (10 to 15 minutes).
