"No Peek Chicken" Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. raw rice
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 cans water
    1 cut up fryer
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Place pieces of chicken over rice and soups.
    Sprinkle 1/2 package dry onion soup mix (or whole package) over chicken.
    Cover casserole with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
    Don't peek.
    If you want it a little brown, uncover the last 20 minutes.
