Baked Vidalia Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    onions
    margarine
    instant chicken or beef flavored bouillon
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel onions and cut out all of the hard core on the root side, leaving a good size hole.
    Place in baking dish.
    Fill hole with margarine and instant chicken or beef flavored bouillon.
    Salt and pepper.
    Cover and cook 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes per onion, depending on size.
    Baste at least once during cooking.
