Three C Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
    1/2 c. snipped maraschino cherries
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine beaten eggs, oil and milk.
    In large bowl, sift the dry ingredients together (flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon).
    Add the egg mixture; mix just until thoroughly combined.
    Stir in carrots, coconut, cherries, raisins and pecans.
    Have four 16-ounce fruit or vegetable cans washed, well-greased and floured.
    Pour mixture into these cans and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Remove from cans; cool thoroughly.
    Wrap and refrigerate overnight or until ready to use. Slice.
