Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 large potatoes
1/2 c. oil
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except potatoes.
Cut potatoes into wedges, about 8 wedges per potato.
Dip potatoes into mixture. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
