Ingredients

3 c. figs, peeled
2 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
Preparation

In a saucepan combine all ingredients and mash with a potato masher.
Bring mixture slowly to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for 15 minutes.
Pack in hot, sterile jars and seal while hot.
Set aside to cool.
