Sarah'S Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. margarine or shortening
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar plus 2 Tbsp.
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Whip margarine, eggs and 1 1/2 cups sugar until smooth.
    Sift flour, soda and salt in a separate bowl.
    Slowly fold dry ingredients while stirring.
    Mix remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon. Form small balls of cookie dough and roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown.
