Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/3 c. poppy seed
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil and eggs.
    Beat well.
    Add milk, then stir in flour.
    Add salt, vanilla and baking soda.
    Stir.
    Mix in poppy seed and nuts.
    Pour into two greased 8 x 4 x 3-inch bread tins. Bake 35 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
