Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1 c. warm water
    2 c. scalded milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar (put with 1 c. water to dissolve yeast)
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. Crisco
    2/3 c. sugar (salt, Crisco and sugar dissolved in scalded milk)
    2 eggs, beaten, added to milk after it cools
    10 or 11 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix and let rise 15 minutes in a warm place after mixing. Knead lightly on a floured board and shape into balls.
    Place in oiled pan and let rise until double in bulk, usually about an hour.
    Bake 15 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
