Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. round steak
    oil
    salt and pepper
    2 small onions, sliced
    flour
    cold water
    Worcestershire sauce
    1 jar mushrooms
Preparation
    Season steak with salt and pepper.
    Brown steak in hot oil in heavy skillet on both sides.
    Remove steak and brown onions in the oil.
    Remove onions.
