Butter Pecan Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. melted butter or margarine (1 1/2 sticks)
1 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to moderate, 350\u00b0.
Lightly grease 9-inch square pan.
Break eggs in mixing bowl.
Beat with slotted spoon or mixer about 1 minute.
Add brown sugar to egg and mix well.
Add granulated sugar and mix well.
Melt butter or margarine.
Pour over egg and sugar mixture. Mix well.
Add flour, chopped nuts and vanilla. Pour into greased pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 35 minutes (when done, the inside will still be moist).
Cut into bars or squares while slightly warm.
Makes 3 dozen small.
