Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
6 eggs
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. lemon rind
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 pie shells
Preparation

Combine the sugar, flour and cornmeal in a mixing bowl.
Stir lightly, then add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into pie shells and bake at 375\u00b0 until done.
