Lori'S Zucchini Crescent Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 zucchini, unpeeled and thinly sliced
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. basil
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella or Muenster cheese
    1 oz. can Pillsbury crescent rolls
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Saute zucchini and onions in butter in a large frying pan over medium heat until tender.
    Stir in parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil and oregano.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir together eggs and cheese in a large bowl, then add to vegetable mixture.
