Soft Gingerbread Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. molasses
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1/2 c. soft butter
1/4 c. warm water
2 tsp. ginger
2 c. flour
Preparation

In a medium bowl, mix molasses with soda until it foams.
Beat in egg and butter. Add water.
Mix ginger with flour and add to mixture.
Mix well.
Put in greased 9 x 11-inch shallow pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
Cut in 12 squares.
