Frozen Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg and 1/2 tsp. ginger or 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    2 envelopes gelatin, dissolved and heated in 1/2 c. water
    2 qt. vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except ice cream.
    Fold in ice cream. Pour into 2 graham cracker crusts.
    Freeze until firm.
    Garnish with whipped cream and nuts.
