Golden Creamy Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped potatoes
1 c. water
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. carrot
1/4 c. onion
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
1 chicken bouillon cube
Preparation

In a large saucepan, combine potatoes, carrots, onions, celery, parsley, salt and pepper and water to cover vegetables.
Cook until tender, about 20 minutes.
Gradually add milk to flour mix until well blended.
Gradually add to potatoes.
Cook until thickened. Add cheese.
Stir until melted.
