Chinese Style Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    2 c. boiling water
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. red food coloring
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    5 lb. spareribs
Preparation
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in water.
    Add all remaining ingredients, except spareribs.
    Place ribs in large baking pan. Pour mixture over them.
    Let marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours, turning meat a few times.
    Place ribs on rack in baking pan and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
