Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. fresh bell pepper
    1/2 c. fresh red pepper
    1/2 c. hot pepper, remove seeds and grind up
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 bottle Certo
    green food coloring
Preparation
    Start cooking slow.
    Bring to a rolling boil.
    Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes.\tStir well.
    Pour into jars and seal.
    Can be served over cream cheese with crackers.
