Crimson Pie(A Great Holiday Dessert) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 small orange, unpeeled, seeded and cut into pieces
    4 c. frozen blueberries, thawed
    12 oz. cranberries
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Sour Cream Pie Crust dough disks
    2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, cut into pieces
    milk (do not use nonfat)
Preparation
    Coarsely grind orange in processor. Transfer to heavy saucepan. Add berries, 1 1/2 cups sugar and cornstarch.
    Boil over medium-high heat until thick, stirring constantly, for about 3 minutes. Cool completely.
