Rich Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 5 1/2 c. flour
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    In a large mixer bowl combine 2 1/2 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt; mix well.
    In a saucepan heat milk, water and butter until warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
    Add to flour mixture, add eggs.
    Blend on low until moistened.
    Beat for 3 minutes at medium speed.
    By hand, stir in raisins and enough of the remaining flour to make a firm dough.
    Knead on floured surface for 5 to 8 minutes.
    Place in a greased bowl and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
    Punch down dough and divide into 2 parts.
