Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 zucchini (about 8 to 10-inches long), sliced
    2 onions (small)
    3 or 4 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
    8 oz. grated white cheese
    8 oz. grated yellow cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onions; slightly drain.
    In the same skillet, add 2 tablespoons cooking oil.
    Coat zucchini in flour, salt and pepper.
    Brown lightly on each side.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Use 2-quart casserole dish and alternate sliced zucchini, sliced tomatoes and hamburger.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, uncovered.
    Take out and sprinkle cheeses on top and bake 10 minutes longer or until cheeses melt.
