Beef Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Add beef cubes to marinade, turning to coat.
    Refrigerate 24 to\t36
    hours
    to
    give
    marinade time to tenderize the beef; turn the
    meat occasionally.
    Fill skewers, alternating meat cubes with
    mushroom caps or other kabobs tidbits of your choice.
    Place skewers

    Broil about 25
    minutes, turning
    frequently and basting often with marinade.
    About last 5 minutes of cooking, add small tomatoes to ends of skewers.
