Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 c. sliced apples
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Slice apples and put into water with the lemon juice to keep them from turning brown.
    (Use any good cooking apple; we use Granny Smith apples, as they cook done easily.)
    Red or Gold Delicious do not do well in this recipe.
