Hot-N-Quick Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and cut into fourths
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in 1-quart casserole.
Cover tightly and microwave on Medium-high (70%) 4 to 5 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes, until hot.
Serve warm with thin slices French bread or rye crackers, if desired.
