Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips (reserve 1 c. for topping)
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp process American cheese
    1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans (1 2/3 c.)
    1 (15 oz.) can enchilada sauce (1 2/3 c.)
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 lb. browned, drained ground beef
Preparation
    Save out 1 cup corn chips and mix remaining chips with other ingredients.
    Pour into an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch lightly greased baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until hot.
    Spread top with 1 cup sour cream, an additional 1/2 cup shredded cheese and circle with reserved corn chips around edge.
    Bake an additional 5 minutes longer.
    Makes 6 servings.
